· RESCHEDULING ·
Life happens! At one point or another -- for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and I will do my best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. As long as I have a 24-hour notice, there will be no cancellation charge.

· SICK ·
If you or a family member gets sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, covid etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. On my end, I may need to rarely call in sick to protect you and your family. I will always reschedule as soon as it is healthy for me to do so.

· PAYMENT ·
Payment is due at time of service.

Payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, check and cash. Note, there will be a service fee for returned checks. I also accept payment through the Turno app.

· SATISFACTION ·
I aim to please and provide excellent cleaning service. If for any reason, at any time within 24-hours of your cleaning, you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call or text me at (513) 279-2363 and I will do everything in my power to resolve your concerns immediately.

· DISCOUNTS ·
In addition to periodic residential cleaning specials, I offer a discount to Veterans, Teachers, Healthcare workers (animal healthcare workers included), First Responders, Newborn families (0-4 months), Seniors over 65, and the Disabled.
