Your home is your sanctuary and I want to make sure it is just as you like it! Your comfort and privacy are my top priorities. I have experience working with pets, children, and neurodiverse clients. I'm happy to discuss any preferences or special instructions you may have.

· KITCHEN - Spot clean outside of cabinets and handles, clean and sanitize countertops and sink, wipe backsplash, wipe outside of appliances, spot clean microwave, clean faucet, clean stovetop, load dishes in dishwasher (up to one load), change trash (if needed), remove interior window glass smudges, sweep, mop.

KITCHEN ADD ONS: Detailed focus items including oven deep clean, microwave deep clean, backsplash detail, fridge clean out and sanitize, drip pans, coffee maker/Keurig detail, hand washing and drying of dishes/cookware, window detailing (tracks/sash/locks), and baseboard detailing.

· LIVING AREAS - Cleaning and dusting of horizontal surfaces and light fixtures/fans. High touch surface area sanitized. Dining table and chairs tidied and cleaned. Interior window glass smudges removed. Floors and stairs swept/vacuumed/mopped.

LIVING AREA ADD ONS: Detailed focus items including knickknack cleaning, baseboard detailing, window detailing (tracks/sash/locks), upper edge dusting (crown molding, tops of tall furniture, etc …) and carpet edge detailing. China hutch package available for detailing of interior and exterior.

· BATHROOMS - Tiled walls, bathtub, sink, and shower cleaned and sanitized, clean mirrors/glass surfaces, clean and sanitize vanity top, clean and sanitize toilet bowl and base, interior window glass smudges removed, dust, sweep, mop.

BATHROOM ADD ONS: Detailed focus items including knickknack cleaning, baseboard detailing, upper edge dusting (crown molding, tops of tall furniture, etc …), full linen change, window detailing (tracks/sash/locks), linen change, and grout detailing.

· BEDROOMS - Cleaning and dusting of horizontal surfaces and light fixtures/fans. If desired, high touch surface sanitizing. Bed made, interior window glass smudges removed, floors swept/vacuumed/mopped.

BEDROOM ADD ONS: Detailed focus items including full linen change, knickknack cleaning, baseboard detailing, window detailing (tracks/sash/locks), and carpet edge detailing.

· LAUNDRY SERVICE - Assistance with wash/dry/fold, deep clean of washing machines (add on services).

· DISHWASHING SERVICE - Hand washing of dishes and/or cookware. Silver and brass polishing (add on services).

· ORGANIZATION - Struggling with clutter or space that doesn't function as efficiently as you'd like? I can help guide you toward a more organized space that suits your needs. Some areas you may wish to consider are under sinks, kitchen pantry, closets, playrooms, laundry room, and inside of desks/dressers (add on service).

Turnover

I am able to work with you to develop a custom turnover cleaning that conforms to enhanced COVID-19 cleaning standards. Additionally, I always work in compliance with state and local laws. Your turnover’s 5-Star cleanliness rating is my priority! Your guests will arrive to a clean and sanitized space.

Unless specified, when performing a turnover cleaning, I follow Arbnb’s five step enhanced cleaning protocols which include special attention to high touch surfaces and extra consideration to prevent cross contamination.
